There are many great things going on at Celina High School… and this blog is dedicated to bragging about those things! This is a play off of the 1,000 Awesome Things website. There are 180 days in a school year and most certainly many more than 180 Awesome things at Celina High School – we will start with 180 Awesome Things! A post-a-day (at least the school days) and we will reach “180 Awesome Things About CHS” by the beginning of June!

#5 Parents
No one has a tougher job than a parent! Need I say more? One of the things that makes our school as great as it is is parental involvement. From encouraging students to do their homework to helping them fill out college applications, parents are the key to success in school. So on this night of 'Parent-Teacher' conferences, it is appropriate to recognize those parents that get involved. Thanks to all of you for what you do and please know that we recognize and commend you for your hard work!
